Ingredients:
- 6 Hawaiian bread rolls (such as King’s)
- ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese, divided
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 3 slices cooked bacon, diced, divided
- 4 green onions, diced, divided
- 3 eggs
- ⅔ cup half-and-half
- ½ cup skim milk
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut each roll into 8 cubes and spread onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
