Pepperidge Farms makes puff pastry shells so you don’t have to worry if the puff pastry sheets will rise properly and the top portion is precut to make life easier and big enough to get the rest of the ingredients inside of the shell. I know Stop & Shop sells them!

These were so easy to make and so impressive! I cut the pastry into 6 squares and made three of these cups so they were big enough for all the fillings. I changed the fillings to sausage, bacon, chorizo and cheese then egg on top and it popped way more than just using peppers. So filling and soooo yummy, would definitely recommend.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup flour, for rolling
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed per box instructions
