Cheesy Dip With Crispy Bacon Topping

INGREDIENTS

2 cups sour cream

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups croutons, crumbled

2 tablespoons milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, and 1/2 cup bacon to a large bowl and mix until combined.

Pour mixture into a baking dish, then top with crumbled croutons mixed with remaining bacon.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is hot and melted.
