Brownie

• ½ cup salted butter
• 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
• ¾ cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ½ cup flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Topping

• 8 ounces strawberries, sliced
• 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl until smooth,
2. Stir in sugar.
3. Add eggs.
4. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
5. Pour into 8×8 pan lined with nonstick foil.
6. Bake 350 for 20 mins.
7. Cool.

Topping

1. Lay strawberries on top.
2. Melt chocolate and pour over the berries.
3. Chill at least 1 hour and cut.
