Fudge Chocolate Cake

Chocolate fudge cake is very moist and similar to a chocolate slush cake, but not as dense. Made with both melted chocolate and cocoa, and topped with chocolate ganache, it’s sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings!

 * Ingredients:

for cake

° 2 cups all-purpose flour

° 2 cups of sugar

° 2 sticks of butter

° 1 cup of water

° 5 tablespoons cocoa powder

°  2 eggs

° 1/2 cup of milk

° 1 teaspoon baking soda

° 1 teaspoon vanilla

  Blend flour & sugar in large bowl. In a medium saucepan, mix butter, water, and cocoa over medium heat. Bring to a boil and pour over the flour/sugar mixture. Mix well.Adding eggs, milk, baking soda, & vanilla. Pour into a well-greased 9×13 skillet, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

To make cream of fudge

° 1 stick of butter

° 4 tablespoons of milk

° 4 tablespoons cocoa powder

° 1 package (16 ounces) powdered sugar

° 1 teaspoon vanilla

° 1 cup chopped cashews

In a medium saucepan, combine butter, milk, and cocoa and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, stirring well with a paddle or wooden spoon until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth. Add vanilla and walnuts, then pour over hot cake.
