Grilled Salmon

Delicious and healthy dish featuring fresh salmon seasoned and grilled to perfection, offering a lightly smoky flavor and tender, juicy texture.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down if they have skin, and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillets, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Avoid flipping the salmon too frequently to prevent it from falling apart.
  6. Once done, remove the salmon from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
  7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  8. Serve hot with additional lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy your delicious grilled salmon!
