Healthy Blueberry Cheesecake:

Keep in mind the calories aren’t that much lower, but the ingredients are better.

What are you doing with the last tasty blueberries this year? This delicious cheesecake with peanut bottoms & blueberries!

Cheesecake with peanut ground

base:

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

2 tablespoons of peanut crunchy

20g core. oatmeal

100g coconut flour

Mix all ingredients and place in a 15er shape. Press the dough well and pull up the edges.

FILLING:

1 egg

200g quark

100g dairy free cream cheese

1 tbsp lemon juice

some lemon ripen

few drops of cheesecake

1 tbsp Xucker

1/2 p. Custard powder

100g blueberries.

Mix all ingredients (except the blueberries) to a creamy cream and pour on the floor. Finally, add the blueberries to the cream.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees O / U for about 60 minutes.

Best place in the refrigerator overnight.

Should you bake the cake, I recommend you a Springform, because the cake is probably better solve or give an egg with in the ground!
