HONEY SRIRACHA CHICKEN WITH MANGO SALSA

SRIRACHA HONEY CHICKEN:

-2 pieces air fried chicken (can use chicken breasts but I used the frozen one from Aldi)

-1/4 cup honey

-1 tbsp sriracha

-garlic powder

-salt

-1 tbsp olive oil

➑️Mix together and brush upon chicken

➑️place on marinade covered chicken on top of tinfoil and place in air fryer at 400 for 20 minutes if using your own chicken breast, if using a frozen follow hearing instructions based on package

While that is cooking make your mango salsa:

-1 large mango diced

-1 avocado diced

-1/4 cup red onion diced

-2 tbsp chopped cilantro

-pinch of sea salt

-1 tbsp lime juice

Mix together and place on top of chicken to serve. I served this one on top of a bed of lettuce with some jasmine rice mixed with riced cauliflower.
