SRIRACHA HONEY CHICKEN:
-2 pieces air fried chicken (can use chicken breasts but I used the frozen one from Aldi)
-1/4 cup honey
-1 tbsp sriracha
-garlic powder
-salt
-1 tbsp olive oil
Mix together and brush upon chicken
place on marinade covered chicken on top of tinfoil and place in air fryer at 400 for 20 minutes if using your own chicken breast, if using a frozen follow hearing instructions based on package
While that is cooking make your mango salsa:
-1 large mango diced
-1 avocado diced
-1/4 cup red onion diced
-2 tbsp chopped cilantro
-pinch of sea salt
-1 tbsp lime juice
Mix together and place on top of chicken to serve. I served this one on top of a bed of lettuce with some jasmine rice mixed with riced cauliflower.
