Lemon-Crinkle-Cookies

You’ll love these Lemon Crinkle cookies and only require 4 ingredients to make. It’s easy to make and tender and fluffy with lots of lemon flavor. From preparation to baking, these cookies take 30 minutes or less.

*Ingredients :

°1 box of lemon cake mix

°(1) 8 oz. Cold Whip Basin

° 1 egg

° ½ – 1 cup powdered sugar

* Directions :

Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, cold whisk, and eggs. The mixture will be very thin. Just keep mixing until well blended.

Use one or two cookie spoons to drop the round cookie dough into the powdered sugar. Roll the dough ball until it is completely covered. Place cookies on a cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.

Bake at 350 F for 8 minutes or until slightly golden around the edges. Let it cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing it onto wire racks to cool completely.

Store at room temperature in an airtight container. It is best eaten within a day or two of baking.
