As in the title, this whip cheesecake tastes like heaven! That’s what my husband said when he enjoyed his dessert yesterday! Check out my recipe for the amazing marshmallow whip cheesecake!

You’ll Need (for the crust):

40 squares of crushed graham crackers.
½ cup of sugar.
½ cup of melted butter or margarine.

You’ll Need (for the filling):

10 (½ oz) large marshmallows (40 pieces).
¾ cup of milk.
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese.
12 oz container of fat-free cool whip.

How to:

Mix the crust ingredients together and press down the mixture into a 9×13 greased pan reserving ½ cup for topping. Chill while you make the filling.

In a saucepan, melt together the marshmallows and milk over low heat. Beat the cream cheese and mix it with the marshmallow mixture. Let cool before adding the cool whip and mixing.

Top the crust with the filling evenly and sprinkle with ½ cup of graham crackers crust.
Refrigerate to set and Voila!

Easy, peasy and yummy! This dessert is just perfect, the marshmallows give an amazing flavor to the cheese cream. My children went crazy over this you should give it a shot!
