PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS COOKIES

Amazingly soft and chewy, these Peanut Butter Blossoms cookies are perfect for any occasion.
EASY AND SUPER QUICK TO MAKE!!
INGREDIENTS:
➤ 1 cup softened butter.
➤ 1 cup packed brown sugar.
➤ 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
➤ 1 cup granulated sugar.
➤ 3 eggs.
➤ 4 cups all-purpose flour.
➤ 1 tsp vanilla extract.
➤ 2 tsp baking soda.
➤ 48 Hershey Kiss candies.
➤ 1/2 cup granulated sugar for rolling.
➤ A pinch of salt.

INSTRUCTIONS:
➤ STEP I : Cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars using an electric mixer, add vanilla, eggs one at a time , beating well after each addition.
➤ STEP II : In another bowl ,mix the flour, baking soda and salt.mix the flour, baking soda and salt.
➤ STEP III : Add to the butter mixture and mix until combined, Roll the dough into 1 inch balls, and place onto baking mat.
➤ STEP IV : Refrigerate the cookies for 30 minutes, then bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes.
➤ STEP V : Allow the cookies to cool for about 3 minutes on the pan, and store in an airtight container.
