Ritz Cracker Salted Caramel Icebox Cake

* Ingredients:

° 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding

° 2 cups of cold milk

° 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

° 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

° 45 graham crackers

° 2 oz. Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate

* Preparation:

Step 1

Beat 2 packages of pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. In large bowl . Leave to rest for 5 min. Stir in Cool Whip . Gently add the strawberries .

2nd step

Place 15 graham crackers in bottom of 13×9-inch pan; covering with 1/3 of pudding blending . reitreat the layers twice.

Step 3

Refrigerate 4 hours. Before serving, melt the chocolate as directed on the package; pour on dessert.
