seafood-filled pasta pockets

Lobster ravioli is a type of pasta dish consisting of pasta parcels filled with lobster meat, often served with a flavorful sauce such as marinara or Alfredo.

  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 package of fresh or frozen ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped lobster meat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer for another 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat them with the lobster cream sauce. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
  7. Serve the lobster ravioli hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy your delicious meal!
