3/4 cup fresh chopped strawberries (or frozen, thawed and drained), pureed

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour about 188g

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

Cream cheese frosting

4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature

pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups powdered icing sugar

1 cup fresh strawberries chopped

1 teaspoon granulated sugar.
