This quick and easy skillet is definitely restaurant quality and is sure to become a staple in your home too!
* Ingredients :
° 2 tsp softened butter
° 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
° 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
° 1/4 tsp sodium-low soy sauce
° 1 flat iron beef patty or boneless sirloin (3/4 pound)
° 1/8 teaspoon salt
° 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* Directions :
Mix 1 tablespoon of butter with the parsley, garlic and soy sauce.
Sprinkling steak with salt / pepper. In skillet, heat rest butter on medium heat. Add steak and cook until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, thermometer should read 135 degrees; medium, 140 degrees; medium is good, 145 degrees), 4-7 minutes per side. Served with garlic butter.
