1 packet penne pasta
3 tbsp butter
2 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
Mushrooms
bacon
1 cup grated cheddar and parmasen cheese
2 tsp fresh finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to packaged directions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan, add garlic. Cook over medium heat, add flour and and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly
Add milk, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce boils and thickens.
Add parsley and cheese, add desired salt and pepper, continue stirring until cheese has melted then add your cooked pasta and stir. Let it simmer and serve immediately.
