How to Make Thai Chicken Wings with Spicy Peanut Sauce

FOR CHICKEN MARINADE:

Liberally salt and pepper the chicken. Combine the yogurt and chopped jalapeno during a large bowl or zipper-style bag . Add the chicken and blend well – being bound to coat all chicken pieces. Refrigerate, covered, up to 24 hours.

For the Thai Peanut Sauce:

Whisk together water, spread , soy sauce, vegetable oil , molasses, vinegar, condiment , lemongrass paste, garlic, red pepper flakes and cilantro; put aside within the fridge until able to serve.
