Baked Zucchini Stacks

ingrdients

Crockpot™ 6qt Easy-to-Clean Slow Cooker-Easy to clean non-stick ceramic coating makes more time to enjoy your loved ones!

Ingredients

4 large chicken breast, shredded (recipe below)

2- 8 ounces cream cheese blocks, cubed

3/4 cup buffalo sauce

1/4 cup tabasco

1 cup ranch dressing

4 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Green onions, chopped

Chips, crackers, or veggies for serving

METHOD:

Combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese in the Crockpot™ and stir together.

Please the lid on a select HIGH heat for 4 hours. If possible stir occasionally.

The Buffalo Chicken is ready when the cheese is fully melted.

Top with green onions and serve. This reheats great!

Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies. 


Crockpot™ Shredded Chicken

4 large chicken breasts

1 cup chicken broth

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

METHOD :

Place chicken the Crockpot™ 6qt Easy-to-Clean Slow Cooker. Cover chicken with seasonings and add broth.Select low heat for 8 hours or high 4 hours. Chicken is done when it reaches 165* internally. Remove chicken from crockpot and shred with two forks.
