Pork Chop Supreme

“An easy to do supper idea!”

• ¼ cup canola or vegetable oil

• 4 thinly sliced medium potatoes

• 4 boneless pork chops

• 1 envelope of Lipton or Knorr onion soup mix

• 1 can cream of mushroom

• ¼ cup of milk

• Salt and pepper

Serves 4

1. Preheat overn to 350°F.

2. In a saucepan, heat oil and brown the pork chops, then drain off fat.

3. In a medium casserole dish, arrange the potato slices evenly then add the pork chops on top.

4. Mix together the onion soup mix, the cream of mushroom and milk and evenly pour over the casserole. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
