* Ingredients :
° 3 cups flour
° 2 cups sugar
° 1 cup softened butter
° 1 cup milk
° 2 tablespoons of lemon zest
° ½ 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
° 4 eggs
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° ½ 1 teaspoon salt
++ Lemon cream:
° 2 cups liquid whipping cream
° Cup powdered sugar
° ½ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
° ¼ cup of lemon slices
* How to prepare :
In a big bowl, join cream, sugar also lemon juice, and whisk with an electric blender until uniformity is creamy.
The dough: Heat oven 200 degrees. In a laarge bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric beater until the consistency becomes fluffy. Join one egg time, when continuiing to whisk . Add vanilla & lemon zest. Gradually add flour, salt, milk and lemon juice, until they are completely blended. Place the cupcake sheets in the molds, then fill the pan with the dough. Put them in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool down, then garnish with lemon cream and lemon slices.
